Perth's dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan eaters are all catered for
We know choosing a caterer and cuisine can be hard enough, and that's why we take the stress out of working around dietary restrictions too.
All of our Perth catering services have menus clearly noting whether foods are acceptable for popular restrictive diets, including dairy, gluten, vegetarian and vegan. If you're unsure, you can also call our friendly customer service team to ensure you're getting items that are safe for everyone to eat.
You can either search for the restriction using our easy ordering system's marketplace page where you browse different suppliers, or on individual menu items.
We may be a bit isolated from the rest of Australia, but that doesn't mean our food scene is limited! I grew up right here in Perth and have found we've always been treated to an incredible array of cuisines — just like you'd find on the EatFirst platform.
Dozens of delicious cuisines are at hand here in the city, with Vietnamese, Italian and Malaysian food being just a few of the highlights. Of course, being coastal, we have a wonderful selection of seafood available at hand.
FAQs about Perth catering
What's the price range for Perth catering?
Catering prices vary greatly depending on where you're ordering from and what meal you're serving. Here's a rough guide on what you can expect prices on catering menus to work out to per person.
Morning or afternoon tea should cost roughly $10-$15 per person, on the higher end if you're serving any warmer items and on the lower end for the more basic fruit and pastry-style service.
Lunch catering tends to cost a bit more as it's a full meal, so we'd recommend setting a budget of $15-$20 per person. You can get more basic catering, like sandwich platters, salads or pizza in the $10-$15 range, but if you'd like any specialty cuisines like Thai, Sushi or Indian, expect it to be a bit pricier.
Grazing platters and finger foods can cost you as low as $10-$15, depending on the quality of meats and cheeses you'd like to serve - they can get pricy!
How do I order catering in Perth?
There's two ways of ordering catering on EatFirst. You can either place your order completely online on our marketplace, or if you can use a bit of extra help or have questions, call our customer care team at 1300 851 900.
Do catering companies supply dishes in Perth?
For individually packaged meals, most come with disposable plates, bowls or wrapping so you don't need to worry about dirtying your office dishes.
For platters, they usually aren't invited but many caterers can supply them. We can also help you out with hired cutlery and crockery if you're hosting an off-site event and need access to dishes.
