EatFirst OIF and NJA Member Offer: Terms and Conditions, 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Order-In Pty Ltd (ABN 80 094 041 988) trading as EatFirst, located at Level 17, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia ("EatFirst", "we", "our" or "us").

2. The Offer

Eligible companies receive 25% off the meals the company pays for in its first month of Cloud Canteen, EatFirst's subsidised daily office meal program ("Member Offer"). There is no cap on the discount amount.

The Member Offer has no end date. It stays open until EatFirst changes or withdraws it under clause 7.

3. Who Can Claim

The Member Offer is open to companies that, at the time of claiming, are either:

  • in the OIF Ventures portfolio; or
  • the employer of a member of the NJA people leaders group.

The company must also have an active office address within EatFirst's Australian delivery areas, and must not have held a Cloud Canteen account before.

EatFirst may ask for reasonable evidence of eligibility before the company's first delivery.

4. How to Claim

To claim, a person authorised to act for the company must submit the claim form on the OIF member offer page before the company's first Cloud Canteen delivery. An EatFirst account manager aims to make contact within one business day to set up the account.

The Member Offer cannot be applied to meals delivered before the claim is made.

5. How the Discount Is Applied

The 25% discount is applied to the meal charges on the company's first Cloud Canteen monthly invoice.

It applies only to the amount the company pays for meals. It does not apply to any amount employees pay towards their own meals, or to any fees or charges other than meals.

From the second month, standard Cloud Canteen pricing applies.

6. Other Conditions

  • One Member Offer is available per company, including where several people from the same company claim it, and including companies that also enter the EatFirst Free Office Lunch Draw for the OIF and NJA communities.
  • The Member Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Member Offer cannot be combined with any other EatFirst discount or promotion unless EatFirst agrees in writing.
  • Cloud Canteen orders remain subject to EatFirst's standard terms and conditions.

7. Changes to This Offer

EatFirst may change or withdraw the Member Offer by giving notice on this page. Claims received before a change is posted will be honoured on the terms in place when they were made.

8. Privacy

By claiming the Member Offer, the person claiming consents to EatFirst collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purposes of administering the offer and for marketing communications in accordance with EatFirst's Privacy Policy.

They can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
