What is Cloud Canteen?

EatFirst's Cloud Canteen is Australia's favourite staff meal platform, an app-powered program built to boost office attendance and bring teams together. Employees pre-order their own meals from the best local restaurants, every dietary need covered, so no one is chasing orders and admins stay in control of the budget. Corporate-trained drivers deliver on time, straight to your office. Billing is just as simple: one consolidated invoice, charged only for what's eaten, with nothing to reconcile at month end.

Who is this offer for?

Any company in the OIF Ventures portfolio, and any company with a member in the NJA people leaders group, as long as it has an office inside EatFirst's Australian delivery areas and is new to Cloud Canteen.

What does the 25% cover?

25% off what your company pays for meals in its first month of Cloud Canteen, with no cap. If staff pay part of each meal, the 25% comes off the company's share.

Is there an end date?

No. The offer stays open for OIF and NJA members with no end date.

How soon can we start?

We call within one business day of your form. Once your lunch days and budget are set, your first lunch can be five business days later.

Can staff pay for part of their own meal?

Yes. Meals can be paid for by your company, by your staff, or split between the two. You set a per-head contribution and staff top up the difference at checkout with their own card. No awkward follow-ups and no petty cash.

Offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold Coast.

Can we also enter the free lunch draw?

Yes, until entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 16 November 2026. Five teams win a free office lunch worth up to $500 each. Your company's 25% off is the same whichever page you use.
