EatFirst "Free Office Lunch Draw" for the OIF and NJA communities: Terms and Conditions, 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Order-In Pty Ltd (ABN 80 094 041 988) trading as EatFirst, located at Level 17, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia ("EatFirst", "we", "our" or "us").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, at the time of entry, are either:

  • employed by a company in the OIF Ventures portfolio; or
  • a member of the NJA people leaders group.

The entrant's company must have an active office address within EatFirst's Australian delivery areas.

Employees, officers and immediate family members of EatFirst or its related companies, and of suppliers or agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

One entry per person is permitted. Multiple people from the same company may enter. A maximum of one prize per company will be awarded.

Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at EatFirst's discretion.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Thursday, 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 16 November 2026 ("Promotional Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Open the entry page using the link shared by OIF Ventures or the NJA people leaders group;
  2. Enter their details in the online entry form; and
  3. Submit the form before the closing time.

Entries received outside the Promotional Period, or that are incomplete, will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes. Each prize is one free office lunch (single event) for the winner's team, valued up to $500 (including GST) through EatFirst's Cloud Canteen service.

Total prize pool value: up to $2,500 AUD (including GST). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. EatFirst reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if required due to availability or other circumstances beyond its control.

6. Prize Draw

The draw will take place at Order-In Pty Ltd, Level 17, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.

Winners will be selected at random using an approved computerised draw system. If an entry is drawn from a company that has already been drawn, that entry is set aside and another entry is drawn.

This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winners.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.

The first name, company name and suburb of each winner may be published on EatFirst's website and shared in the OIF Ventures and NJA community channels.

Winners must respond within three (3) business days of being notified so the prize can be redeemed in time. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, a redraw may be conducted.

8. Prize Delivery and Redemption

Prizes must be redeemed by Monday, 30 November 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by EatFirst.

Prizes are available for redemption only within EatFirst's Australian delivery areas.

Delivery and food and drink options are subject to supplier availability and standard EatFirst service conditions.

Winners will be contacted directly to confirm delivery, dates and dietary requirements.

9. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries

EatFirst reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry that is, in EatFirst's reasonable opinion, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted using false information or automated means.

If a prize has already been awarded and EatFirst later determines that the winning entry was fraudulent or invalid, EatFirst reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim the prize or require the winner to return it (or its equivalent value).

10. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to EatFirst collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and for marketing communications in accordance with EatFirst's Privacy Policy.

Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. General Conditions

EatFirst reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

EatFirst is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

If for any reason the promotion cannot be conducted as planned (including technical failures, tampering or unauthorised intervention), EatFirst reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

All decisions by EatFirst regarding this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EatFirst (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising directly or indirectly out of participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize.

13. Permit Information

No permit is required for this promotion in New South Wales, as the total prize pool value is under $10,000 and no entry fee is charged, consistent with NSW Fair Trading Trade Promotion Lottery Guidelines.

15. Member Discount (separate from the draw)

Every company whose employee submits a valid entry is eligible for 25% off the meals the company pays for in its first month of Cloud Canteen.

The discount is for companies in the OIF Ventures portfolio and members of the NJA people leaders group, applies to new Cloud Canteen customers only, and has no end date. It is not a prize, is not conditional on winning, and no purchase is needed to enter the draw or to claim a prize. EatFirst may change or withdraw the discount by giving notice on this page.
