EatFirst "Free Office Lunch Giveaway" for the NJA people leaders community: Terms and Conditions, 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Order-In Pty Ltd (ABN 80 094 041 988) trading as EatFirst, located at Level 17, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia ("EatFirst", "we", "our" or "us").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, at the time of entry, are:

  • a member of the NJA people leaders group; and
  • entering on behalf of the company they work for.

The entrant's company must have an active office address within EatFirst's Australian delivery areas.

Employees, officers and immediate family members of EatFirst or its related companies, and of suppliers or agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

One entry per person is permitted. Multiple people from the same company may enter, but only the earliest valid entry from each company counts towards its place in the order of entries. A maximum of one prize per company will be awarded.

Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at EatFirst's discretion.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Thursday, 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 1 November 2026, or earlier if all three prizes have been allocated, in which case EatFirst will post a notice on the entry page ("Promotional Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Open the entry page using the link shared in the NJA people leaders group;
  2. Enter their details in the online entry form; and
  3. Submit the form before the closing time.

Entries received outside the Promotional Period, or that are incomplete, will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

There are three (3) prizes. Each prize is one free office lunch (single event) for the winner's team, valued up to $500 (including GST) through EatFirst's Cloud Canteen service.

Total prize pool value: up to $1,500 AUD (including GST). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. EatFirst reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if required due to availability or other circumstances beyond its control.

6. How Winners Are Determined

Prizes are awarded in the order valid entries are received, as recorded by EatFirst's website entry form. The first three eligible companies to submit a valid entry during the Promotional Period each win one prize.

Each entry is timestamped when it is received. If more than one valid entry is received from the same company, only the earliest counts. An entry found to be ineligible is set aside, and the prize passes to the next eligible company in order of entry.

This is a first-in promotion. Winners are determined only by the order of valid entries, with no element of chance or judging.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of their entry being received.

The first name, company name and suburb of each winner may be published on EatFirst's website and shared in the NJA people leaders community channels.

Winners must respond within three (3) business days of being notified so the prize can be redeemed in time. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, the prize passes to the next eligible company in order of entry.

8. Prize Delivery and Redemption

Prizes must be redeemed by Monday, 30 November 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by EatFirst.

Prizes are available for redemption only within EatFirst's Australian delivery areas.

Delivery and food and drink options are subject to supplier availability and standard EatFirst service conditions.

Winners will be contacted directly to confirm delivery, dates and dietary requirements.

9. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries

EatFirst reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry that is, in EatFirst's reasonable opinion, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted using false information or automated means.

If a prize has already been awarded and EatFirst later determines that the winning entry was fraudulent or invalid, EatFirst reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim the prize or require the winner to return it (or its equivalent value).

10. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to EatFirst collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and for marketing communications in accordance with EatFirst's Privacy Policy.

Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. General Conditions

EatFirst reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

EatFirst is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

If for any reason the promotion cannot be conducted as planned (including technical failures, tampering or unauthorised intervention), EatFirst reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

All decisions by EatFirst regarding this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EatFirst (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising directly or indirectly out of participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize.

13. Permit Information

No permit is required for this promotion in New South Wales, as winners are determined by order of entry rather than by chance, the total prize pool value is under $10,000 and no entry fee is charged, consistent with NSW Fair Trading Trade Promotion Lottery Guidelines.

15. Member Discount (separate from the giveaway)

Every company whose employee submits a valid entry is eligible for 25% off the meals the company pays for in its first month of Cloud Canteen.

The discount is for companies with a member in the NJA people leaders group, applies to new Cloud Canteen customers only, and has no end date. It is not a prize, is not conditional on winning, and no purchase is needed to enter the giveaway or to claim a prize. The full terms of the discount are in the Member Offer terms and conditions.

EatFirst may change or withdraw the discount by giving notice on this page.
