Yes! Mikki's Paella offers a vegan option that's perfect for plant-based diets, while Foodie Del Mar's "Paella Granada" comes meat-free as a standard with the option to add on meat if you'd like.
Do you have any paella catering options that are cooked on site?
We sure do! Mikki's Paella can come to your office or event for an authentic cooking experience where they'll set up giant paella pans and prepare your choice of Valencian (chicken), seafood or vegan paella for groups of 20 to 120 guests.
Can I order gluten-free paella?
Both Foodie del Mar's "Paella Barcelona" (with chicken and chorizo, with the option to add prawns) and the "Paella Granada" (vegan, with the option to add chicken) are both gluten-free.
What is paella anyway?
Originating in Spain, paella is a rice-based dish that's all cooked in one pan and gets is iconic yellow hue from saffron.
The traditional Valenciana paella, usually comes with chicken and rabbit, but often in Australia the rabbit is left out or swapped for chorizo.
Other varieties could include seafood or can be made meat-free altogether if you're catering to a vegan or vegetarian diet.
