Recipe:

The classic agave-based cocktail is served on the rocks with salt.

  • 2 Teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • ice cubes or crushed ice
  • salt for rimming glass, optional
  • Combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and sugar with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into an iced glass, and garnish.

If you do not want to set up just a classic taco bar or just trays like shredded chicken burritos tray or shredded chicken enchiladas tray, you can consider keeping it simple with a roast.
