EatFirst's Cloud Canteen is Australia's favourite staff meal platform, an app-powered program built to boost office attendance and bring teams together. Employees pre-order their own meals from the best local restaurants, every dietary need covered, so no one is chasing orders and admins stay in control of the budget. Corporate-trained drivers deliver on time, straight to your office. Billing is just as simple: one consolidated invoice, charged only for what's eaten, with nothing to reconcile at month end.

How does Cloud Canteen work?

Step 1: Set your schedule and budget.Work with your dedicated account manager to lock in your weekly meal schedule, then set per-head spend limits (e.g. $25) to suit your budget. You decide how much, how often, and for whom.

Step 2: Your team orders for themselves.Every team member gets their own login to the Cloud Canteen app. They browse rotating local vendors, filter by dietary needs like vegan, gluten free or halal, and order for the week ahead. Anyone who hasn't ordered gets an automatic reminder before cut-off, and same-day windows handle last-minute changes, so you're never chasing orders or collecting preferences in a spreadsheet.

Step 3: One delivery, ready to distribute.All orders arrive together in a single delivery, within your chosen time slot. Each meal is individually packaged, labelled by name, and clearly marked with dietaries, so there's no sorting and no mix-ups. Staff just grab and go. Orders are bundled and delivered with zero tailpipe emission vehicles prioritised, keeping your program's footprint low.

Step 4: Run it all from one dashboard.Oversee orders, track spend against your limits, pull reports, and view your consolidated invoice, all in one place. Manage multiple office locations from a single account, across Australia and into Singapore, New Zealand and Europe. Only-what's-eaten billing means nothing to reconcile at month end, and your account manager is on hand whenever you need to adjust the program.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything outside or in between, Cloud Canteen works around your team's day/night. Lunch is the most popular choice, but we are seeing more and more customers ordering for breakfasts and dinners.

How does delivery work for Cloud Canteen meals?

Every Cloud Canteen delivery is handled by the restaurant's own corporate-trained drivers, never third-party gig couriers. There's no UberEats driver wandering your lobby looking for reception. Our vendors go through an extreme vetting process covering food safety, reliability and corporate delivery standards, and their drivers know how to navigate office buildings, loading docks and sign-in procedures. Your team's meals arrive together, on time, within your chosen delivery slot, handed over properly rather than left at the door.
