• Confirmation: An order confirmation is emailed to you after your order is approved.
• Lead time: we can provide food within 90 minutes from ordering. Please select date and time required then order.
• Delivery time: Corporate catering orders with warm food may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your delivery time and cold food up to 60 minutes prior. Please allow 10-15 minutes for set-up.
• Order changes: You are welcome to make changes to your order. However, changes made within 24 hours prior to delivery may not be accepted.
• Order cancellation: For orders less than $500, Order-In will accept cancellation up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Orders greater than $500 require a minimum 72 hours notice. Orders under our Functions and Events department require a minimum of 5 working days notice for cancellations to be accepted.
• Phone & email orders: An additional 5% service fee applies for orders placed via telephone or email
• Payment: Credit card payment method is preferred. We accept all major credit cards. Merchant fees may apply. You will receive a credit card receipt 1 day after delivery.
• UOM discount: Applies to orders placed online only. Discount applies to orders excluding GST with participating suppliers. Discount offer applies to all catering services except alcohol, milk and fruit orders.
