Informal catering

Is only used for internal training and communications activities (such as announcing new programs, projects, other organisational changes) and working lunches occurring between 12pm- 3pm.

Note: Internal meetings less than 2 hours in length should not require catering services.

Informal catering options include but aren’t limited to:

  • Sandwiches and platters
  • Breakfast and teas
  • Finger food
  • Cakes and cupcakes, perfect for office celebrations
  • All day catering for conferences, workshops and all day training
  • Enjoy a world of flavour with pizza, Vietnamese, Indian, Mexican, sushi and more

Formal catering

Is only used for external clients, special events or other functions approved by an Executive General Manager.

Formal catering options include but aren’t limited to:

  • Grazing tables
  • Canapes and platters
  • VIP boardroom dining
  • BBQ
  • Buffets to feed a hungry crowd

Alcohol delivery on group premises

EatFirst can supply alcohol and beverage packages straight to your office. Get beers, wine, cider, bubbly, soft drinks and more delivered with ease through EatFirst.

Note: Alcohol is not permitted on Group premises, at both formal and informal events, within normal business hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).

Before you buy

·         Determine if you need informal or formal catering services

·         Seek the required approvals:

o   Catering cost less than $500 - approval by General Manager

o   Catering cost greater than $500 - approval by Executive General Manager

Fruit and milk orders

EatFirst can easily supply recurring milk and fruit deliveries, as often as you need. Edit your orders anytime online with ease by logging into your portal.

All fruit and milk are supplied by family owned, Australian businesses to ensure all deliveries have low-food miles and are sustainable.
